A new build detached apartment set in a quiet close on the grounds of an existing private development in Wimbledon Village was launched to the market a year ago. Created with a modern, eco-friendly design the property is an ideal home for working professionals, a young family or a convenient lock up and go, just a stone throw from the heart of Wimbledon Village.

But a year on, despite a previous offer and a price drop it was still on the market.

Action:

The Room Boutique was introduced to the property by our existing estate agency client who proactively referred our core services of home staging and property photography to the vendor.

Following an onsite consultation we provided a competitive proposal to stage and style the apartment with furniture and accessories that would complement its unique style and design. We were pleased to be awarded the project and speedily moved to action with short timeframes to install and stage this unique property.
