At the end of 2021 we were approached by a property owner who was having no success with their  Surrey property on the market.

The property had been on the market for a few months, completely vacant, and there was little  interest in viewings or offers. This is when our client decided to invest in their property to truly transform its look and showcase it’s potential to prospective buyers.

We were instructed a week before Christmas to work our home staging magic on this beautiful property, to get it back on the market in time for the Boxing Day property rush.

With the festivities over and some down-time with family available, it’s the perfect time to have a look for properties. Whether it be determining a wish list of potential moves, or actively looking to move, online statistics from RightMove show that Boxing Day is a big hitter for property searches. RightMove claim to have had over 25 million online searches on Boxing Day in 2017, and Winkwork Estate Agents state that the increase in sales doesn’t stop when Boxing Day does, but leads into a property peak in January. Our client didn’t want to miss the post-Christmas rush and so we committed ourselves to ensuring we would have a sale-worthy property ready and raring to go for the Boxing Day searches.

With this in mind we completely transformed their Surrey property into a must-see; showcasing it’s true potential and giving the very best first impression for those online property searchers.

We staged and styled the property within 1 week!
