It has been a busy first half of 2022 at The Room Boutique, and one we are so happy to say has been filled with recognition in the industry.

Award win at the House Wow® Services Property Services Awards

We are SO thrilled to have been shortlisted for 3 categories at the House Wow® Services Property Services Awards. We were shortlisted in:

Category 1: Professional stager of the Year – AA014

Category 2: Best staging for empty property (under £8K) - AA012

Category 3: Professional Property Photographer of the Year (Occupied Property to Sell) - AA013

Following the announcement of the shortlist, the voting for each category was opened up to the public.

We are so thrilled to announce that we won the public vote for the "Professional Property Photography of the Year (Occupied Property to Sell)” Award. It was such a lovely event to recognise the amazing achievement in the property industry over the past year, and to see all the fantastic projects. The event included networking with fellow property experts, and it was great to see our business bring home a win. This win is a great addition to our previous win at 2021 Home Staging Awards – ‘Best Show Home – Staging cost under £5K’.

Award finalist at the 2022 StartUp Awards National Series

In addition to our award win at the House Wow® Services Property Services Awards, we were so proud to have been shortlisted as one of three finalists at the StartUp Awards South East in our category. We were announced as a Finalist for the 2022 StartUp Awards National Series in the ‘Construction and Building Services Start Up’ category. The series had over 2500 entrants and so we were exceptionally thrilled to be included and recognised for all of our hard work and success in the property industry.

The win in our category went to Absolar, and AI-powered remote solar surveys for a building, a portfolio or a city.  Being shortlisted as a Finalist was a great accomplishment for the whole team at The Room Boutique. It was a true delight to be able to celebrate with fellow entrepreneurs, many of whom started their businesses in the pandemic and are now part of an ecosystem that helps drive growth and livelihoods in our communities. Congratulations to all the finalists and winners, especially to The Rain Forester for being awarded the StartUp of the Year 2022 winner and their incredible environmental initiatives to save our rain forests. It was an amazing evening and a fantastic memory and achievement.
